Anyone may submit a payment of any amount (subject to the posted minimum); the cumulative total associated with your email address determines your position on a public leaderboard (the “Ledger”). Rank №1 belongs to whoever holds the highest cumulative total at any given moment — standing is provisional and can change the instant someone else pays more.

Payments made through 48rich are final, non-refundable contributions toward your standing on the Ledger. You are not purchasing any good, service, membership, or guarantee — you are contributing toward a publicly-displayed cumulative total.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use this service. You must use a valid email address and a payment method you are authorized to use.

All payments are final. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal of your entry from the Ledger and/or restriction from future use of the service.

The name and note you provide will be displayed publicly. Don’t submit anything false, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing on someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to remove or edit any submitted name or note at our discretion, including for abusive or inappropriate content.

Your rank is provisional and offers no guaranteed benefit, exclusivity, or permanence. The “48,000,000 millionaires worldwide” framing on this site is presented for thematic context, not as a verified statistic about any individual visitor.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. 48rich is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or verified against any official measure of global wealth or millionaire status.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 48rich is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page.
